Kelly (11-1 MMA, 4-1 UFC) managed to turn the tide in the final round and scored a TKO of Antonio Carlos Junior (5-2 MMA, 2-2 UFC). The middleweight bout was part of the UFC Fight Night 85 main card at Brisbane Entertainment Centre in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It aired on FOX Sports 1 following prelims on the same channel and UFC Fight Pass. Carlos Junior scored a quick takedown in Round 1 and managed to quickly advance position, eventually taking the back and locking in a body triangle. Kelly survived, however, and wore Carlos Junior down before a head kick led to the end of the fight at the 1:36 mark of Round 3. Check out the video highlights above.
