UFC has announced that Scottish lightweight Stevie “Braveheart” Ray will be back in action on July 18, when he faces Brazilian Leonardo Mafra at UFC FIGHT NIGHT GLASGOW. The pair will meet at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow at what will be the first UFC event ever to be held in Scotland. Ray heads into the fight fresh off the back of victory over Marcin Bandel at UFC FIGHT NIGHT: GONZAGA vs. CRO COP 2 in what was the Scotsman’s debut appearance in the UFC. Originally from Fife in Scotland, Ray holds a record of 17-5-0.
