Deiveson Figueiredo put on one of the most dominant championship-winning performances in recent memory at UFC on ESPN+ 30. Figueiredo rematched Joseph Benavidez in July in his second attempt to capture the vacant UFC flyweight title. In their first outing at UFC on ESPN+ 27 in February, Figueiredo stopped Benavidez in Round 2, but was not crowned champion due to missing weight. The two ran things back five months later but, this time, the fight was a one-sided matchup.
