There’s no doubt Joanna Jedrzejczyk is the most accomplished strawweight in UFC history. The Polish fighter made her mark in the company off dominant performances, but most importantly the number of title defenses she was able to rack up at 115 pounds, as she held the belt for more than two years. Jedrzejczyk (16-4 MMA, 10-4 UFC) was able to defend her strawweight title five consecutive times before dropping it to Rose Namajunas in 2017.
