UFC Hall of Famer Pat Miletich was arrested Thursday morning on his third drunken driving charge, just one month before his scheduled return to MMA. Miletich, 55, was taken into custody by Bettendorf Police Department (Iowa), who responded to a call about a wrong-way driver. According to a report from KWQC , Miletich crossed an embankment and stopped at a Shell station. The police report stated the officer who arrived on the scene had to wake the driver and reminded him to put the idling vehicle in park. Police stated Miletich refused all field sobriety tests, a blood tests and breathalyzer, although he admitted to drinking wine. Miletich smelled of alcohol and was reported as having bloodshot, watery eyes along with slurred speech and an unsteady balance
