Very little can prepare first-time UFC fighters for the storied “UFC jitters” – the nerves that go along with making a debut in the promotion. Some fighters experience them big time. Others claim it’s no different than fights they’ve had for other promotions, or ones they’ve had kicking around the regional circuit. But for Luis Henrique da Silva , the jitters were real.
