LONDON – Making his UFC debut on the same night his teammate, Darren Till , competes in the main event, Mike Grundy (12-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC) picked up an impressive win over Nad Narimani (12-3 MMA, 2-1 UFC). The featherweight bout opened up the preliminary card of today’s UFC on ESPN+ 5 event at The O2 in London. It streamed on ESPN+. Narimani was the busier man at the opening bell, but his movement mostly involved feints as he felt out the range. Grundy was more measured in his attacks, though it was his right hand that found the mark first. Narimani continued to tease attacks as the round unfolded, but he never really got going.
