Julian Marquez was out to get a finish against Sam Alvey , and he did just that. Marquez stopped Alvey on the main card of Saturday’s UFC on ABC 2 in Las Vegas. Marquez (9-2 MMA, 3-1 UFC) choked out Alvey unconscious with a rear-naked choke at the 2:07 mark of Round 2. It was a wild fight from the start. Both fighters traded bombs and wobbled each other from start to finish in the first round of their middleweight clash.
