Dustin Poirier would love to run things back with Justin Gaethje . Poirier (25-6 MMA, 17-5 UFC) is the last man to hand Gaethje a loss, when he finished him in the fourth round of their 2018 slugfest. Since then, Gaethje has gone on to stop four successive opponents en route to capturing the UFC interim lightweight title. Both men are still at the top of the lightweight rankings and Poirier has no doubt that they’d deliver another classic if their paths were to cross again. “I’m always open to it,” Poirier told MMA Junkie.
