ORLANDO – Ray Borg and Dustin Ortiz used almost every inch of the Octagon over the course of their spirited three-round affair, and when the dust had finally cleared two of the three judges saw it as a split-decision win for Ortiz (28-29, 29-28, 29-29), who just narrowly survived a tough second round to claim the victory. The flyweight bout was part of the preliminary card of today’s UFC on FOX 11 event at Amway Center in Orlando, Fla.
