Joe Lauzon and Takanori Gomi are both exciting fighters, but both entered the Octagon at UFC on FOX 16 on Saturday night in Chicago looking to try and establish some momentum. Lauzon came into the fight coming off of a loss to Al Iaquinta earlier this year in January, while Gomi hasn’t fought in nearly a year, having last competed in a loss to Myles Jury last September. Gomi entered the Octagon with his bleach-blond hair, but done up in a Mohawk, contrasting Lauzon’s shaven head.
