John Dodson TAMPA, Fla. – John Dodson is a bantamweight once again, and he impressed in a big way in his return to 135 pounds, crushing Manny Gamburyan in less than a minute. The bantamweight bout was part of the preliminary card of today’s UFC on FOX 19 event at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Fla. It streamed on UFC Fight Pass ahead of the rest of the card on FOX. Dodson (18-7 MMA, 7-2 UFC) moved in quickly and landed three left hands that put Gamburyan (15-9 MMA, 6-7 UFC) on the defensive immediately. As Gamburyan attempted to regain his bearings, Dodson poured on lightning quick punches.
