Filed under: News , UFC , Videos Mickey Gall wanted Sage Northcutt and he made the best of things when he got him. The welterweight bout co-headlined today’s UFC on FOX 22 event at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, Calif. It aired on FOX following prelims on FS1 and UFC Fight Pass. Gall (4-0 MMA, 3-0 UFC) didn’t have an easy go of things despite scoring multiple takedowns throughout the fight. Northcutt (8-2 MMA, 3-2 UFC) scored a takedown and bloodied Gall. In the end, however, Gall was able to turn a takedown into a rear-naked choke and secure the tap at the 1:40 mark of Round 2.
