Filed under: News , UFC Michelle Waterson ’s grappling prowess was again on display at UFC on FOX 22. “The Karate Hottie” veered from her nickname when she grounded and submitted Paige VanZant in Saturday’s FOX-televised main event at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, Calif. Waterson (14-4 MMA, 2-0 UFC) moved further up the UFC strawweight ladder when she finished VanZant (7-3 MMA, 4-2 UFC) with a first-round rear-naked choke that will likely set up another contender fight at 115 pounds.
