Paige VanZant raised her personal bar again on “Dancing with the Stars” with her first perfect score of the season on Monday night. VanZant and pro partner Mark Ballas danced a jive to Tina Turner’s “Proud Mary” in Week 7, and a week after getting her first 10 of the season, she picked up a trio of them for a perfect 30. It was just the second perfect score of Season 22 after Ginger Zee also got a 30 earlier on the show
