With the UFC, Bellator and PFL all in action this past week, there were moves to be made in the latest USA TODAY Sports/MMA Junkie rankings. In the UFC on ESPN 24 headliner, Marina Rodriguez continued his winning ways with a unanimous decision win over Michelle Waterson. The fight took place at women’s flyweight, but since both are typically strawweights, it still got the Brazilian a bump in the 115 rankings. Prior to the UFC event, Bellator put on a show that saw Sergio Pettis elevate his status at bantamweight by taking the title off Juan Archuleta, and also Anthony Johnson re-entered the MMA picture after more than four years and scored a comeback knockout that got him back in the rankings in the light heavyweight division.
