UFC Fight Night 92 featured a few big fights, especially in the featherweight division, but the athletes that picked up big wins find themselves in difficult positions. Featherweights Yair Rodriguez, Dennis Bermudez and Cub Swanson all proved victorious in Salt Lake City, but each find themselves stuck in their current position with a number of talented fighters currently in the 145-pound division. Of course, featherweight kingpin Conor McGregor is back in action at next week’s UFC 202 event in Las Vegas, though it’s in a welterweight rematch with Nate Diaz. Featherweight is one of the busiest divisions in the sport, but it’s a logjam at the top, at least for now.
