Johnson (25-2-1 MMA, 13-2-1 UFC) out-pointed a very durable Tim Elliott (13-7-1 MMA, 2-5 UFC), winner of “The Ultimate Fighter 24,” in the season’s live finale, surviving a difficult opening round to come back and claim the final four frames en route to a unanimous decision win. It was the ninth consecutive defense of Johnson’s UFC flyweight belt, and he now boasts an 11-fight winning streak that dates back to 2012. With the win, Johnson retains his No.
