UFC President Dana White claimed before UFC 181 that Anthony Pettis  was among the best pound-for-pound fighters in the sport. While that’s a frequent strategy for the UFC boss to pump pay-per-view sales, it turns out he was right. After Pettis became the first man to finish Gilbert Melendez, “Showtime” ascended to the No. 5 slot on the pound-for-pound list in the latest edition of the USA TODAY Sports/MMAjunkie MMA rankings. Also making a debut on that roster is new UFC welterweight champion Robbie Lawler. Check out the latest rankings in every weight class, which saw movement in a number of divisions, including a shuffle in the pound-for-pound lineup as fresh blood starts to replace the longtime legends of the sport
