Filed under: News , UFC , Videos The last time  Anthony Pettis had to rebound from a loss, he did so with a split-decision win over Jeremy Stephens – and took a bit of criticism for it. So the UFC’s lightweight champion knows a thing or two about what some would call playing it safe to make sure he got back in the win column. Since then, though, Pettis has three first-round stoppage wins and three bonuses with finishes of Joe Lauzon, Donald Cerrone and Benson Henderson, the latter of which got him his title. On Saturday, Pettis’ younger brother  Sergio Pettis (11-1 MMA, 2-1 UFC) admittedly played it a little safe to get a win over Yaotzin Meza (20-10 MMA, 1-3 UFC) at UFC Fight Night 42 in Albuquerque, N.M
