For his next fight, a meeting with Tim Boetsch (17-7 MMA, 8-6 UFC) tonight at UFC Fight Night 47, he talked to MMAjunkie about participating in a “burger challenge,” which presumably means he’ll go patty for patty with his associates until one of them taps out. But on Sunday, Tavares (12-2 MMA, 7-2 UFC) knows exactly where he wants to go: Sushi Mon in Las Vegas. He goes to the all-you-can-eat restaurant after every fight.
