We don’t speak Russian. In fact, when we saw this video we went with the tone of the footage and basically guessed that it’s an ad for a gym in Russia that depicts a kid getting his dad off the couch and into MMA training. Forgive us if we got that wrong, but we’re pretty sure we’re right. Either way, this is a pretty inspiring ad with Fedor Emelianenko , and we dare you not to get emotional
