Josh Fremd got a highlight-reel win on Friday at LFA 89. Fremd (5-1) laid out Lamar Gosey (3-1) just 86 seconds into the first round of their light heavyweight contest, which went down at Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, S.D.
