Today, Ricardo Lamas  unleashed some of the moves that have become affectionately known in MMA circles as “spinning sh-t.” And while the public and media haven’t seen some of those moves from him often, it’s something that is old hat to him. “I’ve been doing that stuff since 2009,” Lamas told MMAjunkie after an open workout ahead of his Saturday headliner at UFC Fight Night 63. “It’s something I’ve been working on for a while, and just something I get more comfortable every camp I go through.” Lamas (15-3 MMA, 6-1 UFC) meets Chad Mendes (16-2 MMA, 7-2 UFC) in Saturday’s main event, which takes place at Patriot Center in Fairfax, Va. The main card airs on FOX Sports 1 following prelims on the same channel
