Nelson was one of four fighters taking part in today’s UFC Fight Night 82 public workouts at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, and while he did follow tradition by hitting mitts and rolling a bit with his jiu-jitsu instructor, “Big Country” also spent quite a bit of his time working submissions with Jackson Nelson, his 3-year-old son. Nelson (20-12 MMA, 7-8 UFC) meets Jared Rosholt (14-2 MMA, 6-1 UFC) in the co-main event of Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 82 event, which takes place Saturday at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
