NEW YORK – The UFC returns to “The Big Apple” on Saturday for UFC 281 , which takes place at Madison Square Garden with a main card that airs on pay-per-view following prelims on ESPNews and ESPN+. Before fight night arrives, though, notable athletes from the card are scheduled to speak to reporters Wednesday at media day, and MMA Junkie will have a live stream beginning at 9:45 a.m. ET/6:45 a.m. PT.
