Chief among the reveal was a special uniform for champions that will be mostly black, but with gold to signify the fighter’s title. One of the key players among UFC fighters in the buildup to the Reebok deal was women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey , who said she played a big role in helping Reebok understand how different uniforms need to work for women fighters. Rousey talked to MMAjunkie and USA TODAY Sports following the announcement about the role she played, as well as the benefits of the new gear.
