Filed under: News , UFC , Videos Benson Henderson  was no stranger to title fights when he stepped in against  Frankie Edgar for the first time. But that fight, at UFC 144 in Japan, certainly was on the biggest stage of Henderson’s career. He challenged Edgar for the lightweight title at UFC 144, and in a “Fight of the Night” performance, he took the belt from the champ. Then he defended it in a rematch later in 2012, and another two times against Nate Diaz and Gilbert Melendez before losing the belt to Anthony Pettis. Now Henderson (20-3 MMA, 8-1 UFC) is attempting to climb his way into the title picture, and he’ll go for two in a row against Rustam Khabilov (17-1 MMA, 3-0 UFC) on Saturday at UFC Fight Night 42. UFC Fight Night 42 takes place Saturday at Tingley Coliseum in Albuquerque, N.M
