Conor McGregor , presumably in handcuffs with his hands behind his back, was escorted out of the 78th Precinct building of the New York Police Department today and into a waiting car. Video posted to Twitter by Boston’s CBS affiliate, WBZ-TV, shows McGregor leaving the building, being led by an NYPD official, in the aftermath of charges being filed against him in the wake of a Thursday incident at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. McGregor turned himself in to the NYPD overnight and is expected to appear in front of a judge today. McGregor (21-3 MMA, 9-1 UFC) on Thursday showed up at Barclays Center, which will play host to UFC 223 on Saturday, and allegedly was let into the facility by credentialed media members that UFC President Dana White said were from TheMacLife.com – McGregor’s website
