At UFC Fight Night 84 in London, Askham (14-2 MMA, 2-2 UFC) wobbled Chris Dempsey (11-4 MMA, 1-3 UFC) with a stiff punch, and as Dempsey was starting to reel backward, Askham leveled him with a left kick to the head that was as crisp as any we’re likely to see this year. Askham’s knockout came with 15 seconds left in the first round and got him back in the win column after a split-decision loss to Krzysztof Jotko this past October in Dublin.
