The heavyweight division appears to have a new name among the elite. Tom Aspinall entered the main event of UFC Fight Night 204 against Alexander Volkov expecting a five-round affair. However, Aspinall (12-2 MMA, 5-0 UFC) surprised himself by securing a submission finish of Volkov (34-10 MMA, 8-4 UFC) in the first round, forcing his name into the conversation among the best in the division. The title picture is unclear, which could work out in Aspinall’s favor sooner than expected
