Shavkat Rakhmonov just keeps on rolling, and he’s drawing a lot of comparisons to Khamzat Chimaev . This past Saturday at UFC on ESPN 38 , Rakhmonov  made easy work of Neil Magny with a second-round submission. He’s now 16-0 with 16 finishes. Rakhmonov’s rise is reminding a lot of people of the hype around Chimaev when he burst onto the UFC scene in 2020
