Cris Cyborg kept her Bellator dominance rolling this past Friday with another successful title defense. Cyborg nearly had to go the distance against Leslie Smith at Bellator 259, but picked up a TKO with just nine seconds left in the fight. Cyborg won the women’s featherweight title in her Bellator debut in January 2020, defended it against Arlene Blencowe this past October, then beat Smith. Cyborg now has won four straight since she lost the UFC women’s featherweight title to Amanda Nunes in December 2019.
