As you’ve no doubt heard by now, Saturday’s UFC 257 features an outstanding doubleheader featuring four of the world’s best lightweights. Former UFC lightweight and featherweight champion Conor McGregor meets former interim lightweight champ Dustin Poirier in the evening’s main event; and former Bellator lightweight champ Michael Chandler faces the always entertaining Dan Hooker in the co-feature. Missing from this is the UFC lightweight championship itself. The UFC recognizes Khabib Nurmagomedov as champ, even though he insists he’s retired. But will someone’s performance on Saturday night be enough to convince Khabib to come back for one more fight
