Belfort took to Facebook on Monday night to condemn the brawl between Wanderlei Silva and Chael Sonnen that broke out on the set of “The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil 3.” “The cat fight between Silva and Sonnen embarrassed me,” wrote Belfort in Portugese. Belfort, who served opposite Silva as a coach on the inaugural season of “TUF: Brazil,” said the coaches made martial arts look bad when they suddenly came to blows prior to a weigh-in during filming.
