Ross Goodman, who’s repped the UFC middleweight since an evaded drug test triggered the commission’s harshest punishment, accused the NSAC of again violating the fighter’s due process rights in again delaying a decision that’s expected to produce an appeal to the Nevada Supreme Court . “He has a due process right to have this re-hearing heard, to bring finality to it, so that he can take whatever legal recourse he wants,” Goodman said during an NSAC meeting today in Las Vegas, where the re-hearing was scheduled to take place before being abruptly removed from the commission’s agenda
