Just days out from UFC Fight Night 189 , Manon Fiorot has a new opponent. Maryna Moroz is out, and Tabatha Ricci (5-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) has stepped in on short notice to face Fiorot (6-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC). Two people with knowledge of the matchup informed MMA Junkie of the booking Wednesday but asked to remain anonymous since the promotion has yet to make an official announcement. France’s Fiorot looks to build off her impressive UFC debut when she scored a second-round TKO of Dana White’s Contender Series alum Victoria Leonardo in January. Since she dropped her professional debut, the former EFC and UAE Warriors champion has won six straight. Unbeaten in her MMA career, Brazil’s Ricci has notched three wins under the LFA banner, two by way of finish.
