Anthony Pettis Never mind that the UFC’s machine never stops cranking out events – we’re about to embark on the second season of octagon attractions, complete with a whole new hashtag campaign. Of course, “Welcome to the Show” is about as generic as “The Time is Now.” It really doesn’t get the blood pumping, although there’s certainly a positive: It doesn’t come back to bite you when your fights get sacked by drugs, the injury bug or whatnot. Marketing aside, though, there are some cool fights on the horizon, starting with this weekend’s double-title headliner at UFC 185, which kicks off the slate of spring events. If we need to insert a little artificial header over the whole thing to break up the revolving door of fight cards, fine. Anything to shake things up
