On Friday, in a historic boxing event in Times Square,  Ryan Garcia takes on Rolly Romero for the WBA welterweight title in the fight card’s main event, while  Devin Haney faces off with Jose Ramirez in the co-main event. On Thursday, the fighters will weigh-in. The fighters are expected to step on the scale at 6 p.m. ET in New York City.
