Despite his early octagon success, the 22-year-old has to remind himself he belongs when training around some of the big names at Tristar. The gym and its head trainer, Firas Zahabi, have been behind some of the biggest names in the sport, including now-retired former welterweight kingpin Georges St-Pierre and recent welterweight title challenger Rory MacDonald. Those are the kind of names that give Allen (10-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC) pause when he sees them in the gym
