Three days ago, Esparza (10-3 MMA, 1-1 UFC) issued a call on Twitter for her next opponent, and g ot a quick volunteer in another Polish fighter , Karolina Kowalkiewicz (8-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC), who said she’d love to fight the former champ at the UFC’s card in Rotterdam, Netherlands, on May 8 for UFC Fight Night 87. But another fighter threw her hat into the proverbial ring – even though she said she doesn’t believe Esparza will take her up on the offer of a rematch
