Artem Lobov has not ruled out a return to MMA, and recently reached out to the UFC for a fight. The opponent Lobov wants? Zubaira Tukhugov , who he was initially scheduled to face at UFC Fight Night 138 last October, but Tukhugov was forced off due to his involvement in the infamous UFC 229 post-fight brawl. The bad blood between SBG Ireland and UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov’s team, which includes Tukhugov, is still evident, as Lobov wasn’t given the opportunity to settle the score on his part. Tukhugov made his return to the octagon at UFC 242 in Abu Dhabi, going to a split draw with newcomer Lerone Murphy .
