In an extended interview previewed today, McGregor told Kenny Mayne his reunion with UFC Chairman Lorenzo Fertitta and president Dana White in Los Angeles was “good conversation, like it always is. We have a good relationship.” By all appearances, that hasn’t recently been the case, which is why the fighter and his promoters met at the plush Montage Beverly Hills to discuss the next step after McGregor’s removal from the blockbuster pay-per-view event on July 9 at Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena.
