If featherweight champion McGregor (19-3 MMA, 7-1 UFC) bests Diaz (19-8 MMA, 12-8 UFC) in the Aug. 20 non-title welterweight rematch at Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena, the rivals will have split results in their two meetings. That could mean a third fight, and McGregor said at today’s UFC 202 news conference that he agrees it should happen at some point in the future. But wait; there’s a catch, McGregor said. Assuming he gets the job done against Diaz, he said he must first fulfill his duties as a UFC champion and go back down to 145 pounds
