Daniel Cormier Daniel Cormier  is finally moving on from his crushing loss to UFC champion Jon Jones earlier this month. Cormier (15-1 MMA, 4-1 UFC) had every expectation of capturing the light-heavyweight title from Jones (21-1 MMA, 15-1 UFC) when the two met on Jan. 3 at UFC 182. However, his plan didn’t come to fruition. Instead, Jones outworked “DC” over five rounds for a unanimous-decision win and his eighth successful title defense.
