An injury has forced Peter Sobotta out of May’s UFC Fight Night 87 lineup, officials today announced. As a result, Leon Edwards (10-3 MMA, 2-2 UFC) has stepped in as a replacement for Sobotta (15-5-1 MMA, 2-4 UFC) and now fights welterweight Dominic Waters (9-4 MMA, 0-2 UFC). UFC officials didn’t disclose the nature of Sobotta’s injury. UFC Fight Night 87 takes place May 8 at Ahoy Rotterdam in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The card is expected to air on FOX Sports 1 following early prelims on UFC Fight Pass, though the bout order hasn’t been finalized
