Here’s one from the pot-calling-the-kettle-black file: UFC star Nick Diaz on Monday took to Twitter to let everyone know how disappointed he is with U.S. Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps , who was recently arrested for allegedly driving under the influence and has signed himself up for a six-week stint in rehab. Phelps was charged with driving under the influence, excessive speed and crossing double lane lines in the Fort McHenry Tunnel on Interstate 95 in his native Baltimore, according to an ESPN.com report. He was subsequently suspended by USA Swimming for six months. Diaz was also recently arrested and charged with a DUI – his second in the past year.
