The Ultimate Fighter 21 Finale main event featured a clash of two top welterweights as Stephen Thompson and Jake Ellenberger met at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena. In the end it was Thompson (11-1 MMA, 6-1 UFC) who emerged victorious when he handed Ellenberger (30-10 MMA, 9-6 UFC) his fourth loss in his past five fights with an incredible spinning kick knockout in the first round . “Wonderboy” improved his winning streak to five fights with the finish of “The Juggernaut” and now holds the second longest active streak of wins in the 170-pound division.
