LAS VEGAS – With wins in five straight title fights, it’s safe to say  Demetrious Johnson has become one of MMA’s most dominant champions. Yet it seems like the flyweight continues to fly just beneath the radar, at least compared to other UFC titleholders like Jon Jones and Ronda Rousey. Part of that could be for physical stature reasons, as the UFC’s 125-pound class still is in its relative infancy. And part could be personality based for “Mighty Mouse” Johnson (20-2-1 MMA, 8-1-1 UFC), who on Saturday headlines UFC 178 (10 p.m. ET, pay-per-view) against 9-to-1 underdog  Chris Cariaso (17-5 MMA, 6-4 UFC)
