Dong Hyun Kim LAS VEGAS – A late rally from veteran Josh Burkman  was not enough to stop the smothering pressure of Dong Hyun Kim . After getting badly wobbled in the opening moments of the third round, Kim (20-3-1 MMA, 11-3 UFC) recovered and reasserted himself on the mat, where he forced Burkman (27-12 MMA, 5-7 UFC) to submit. The welterweight bout was part of the preliminary card of today’s UFC 187 event at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. It aired on FOX Sports 1 following additional prelims on UFC Fight Pass and ahead of a main card on pay-per-view. An exhausted Burkman tapped at the 2:13 mark of the final frame after Kim adjusted an arm-triangle choke
